The Affiliate/Associate Member Roll can assist the pastor, membership secretary, and Church Council Membership Audit Committee in auditing and caring for persons in these categories. These sheets contain space for name and two addresses, as well as a column entitled “Affiliate/Associate Member” (Type, Date Received, Date Removed, Home Church).
Sheets are 8 1/2" x 11”, are printed on acid-free paper, and are punched to fit the Membership Records binder (see Related Products Section below). Sheets are available in packages of 50.
