When Wayne rescues Misty from her capsized sailboat, he gains an assistant on a project to save a historic mansion from a nefarious developer. Neither realizes that their attempts to salvage the house will test their courage, faith, and newfound love as they stumble upon a drug smuggling ring operating out of the mansion. Injuries from a horrific car wreck threaten Wayne's life, and Misty and her friends must "put on the whole armor of God" and engage in "effectual, fervent prayer" on his behalf.
